The delegation will also check periodically on the implementation of the tasks assigned by the City People's Committee; on the role and responsibility of the leader in the direction, administration and implementation of the city's administrative reform work plan at agencies, units, and localities; the implementation of Resolution 54 of the National Assembly on the piloting of specific mechanisms and policies for HCMC development.
In particular, the delegation will check unexpectedly at the dossier-receiving department and return the results of agencies, units and localities.
According to the City People's Committee, the main purpose of the inspection is to enhance the responsibilities of the heads of agencies and units, strengthen discipline and administrative discipline.
